EIC Software Meeting Notifications

Program Description

EIC Software sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to business contacts for the purpose of meeting invitations and meeting reminders. Messages are sent when you are scheduled as an attendee for a business meeting through the EIC Software platform.

Message Types

You may receive the following types of messages:

• Meeting invitations with date, time, location, and Zoom join details.
• Meeting reminders sent approximately one hour before a scheduled meeting.
• Meeting updates if a scheduled meeting is changed or cancelled.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the number of meetings scheduled. Typically 1-5 messages per month. You will not receive more than 2 messages per scheduled meeting (one invite, one reminder).

Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
